Recent world events make us uncertain.  What kind of future is ahead?  We are masked up, reminded of rising Covid death tolls at every turn. We are at home, forced out of work, and warned by the Pope that the earth is in crisis making rest for the earth necessary.  We see civil unrest in rioting and increasing neighborhood lawbreaking and arrests.  And today....my husband went out to the doctors office and had to walk past a man in a sweatshirt holding a gun in his pocket. It's not our imagination.  We just aren't safe anymore. 

We are reminded at every turn that we live in a dangerous world.  Changing laws, changing values are promoted by our governmental leaders. Who will we vote for is in everyone's mind?  Does it even matter who we vote for? Seems the constitution our country was founded on no longer applies.  We search for direction. We've no where else to go.  It's time to see what God says in His word.
